Door-to-Port Service
We handle everything up to your pet’s arrival in the destination city. From there you manage customs clearance, quarantine (if required) and collection.
VIP Staff-Accompanied
A qualified staff member accompanies your pet on the flight and delivers them directly to you. Subject to availability, book well in advance.
We review your pet’s travel documents before departure to avoid issues on arrival, apply for home quarantine, arrange the arrival veterinarian, cover cargo transfer fees, and complete customs clearance and vet checks.
