Your home is not ready.
You have to land first, get the keys, make the place liveable. Your animal does not have to wait in a crate while you do.
The paperwork is not finished.
Documents come with dates. The health certificate is only valid for a fixed window, so your dog stays with us until the papers and the flight line up, instead of waiting at home for a certificate.
The animal needs to get used to the crate.
Weeks, not hours. If your animal stays with us, we crate train it during the stay. If you would rather do it yourself at home, we deliver the crate beforehand so you can start early.
The animal has landed and you have not.
A long flight, then rest, then the reunion, in that order.
The standard kennel rates apply. Any relocation-related extras are confirmed with your estimate.
Dogs, from $27 a night for one, $40.50 for two sharing.
Cats, from $20 a night for one, $36 for two sharing.
Taxes included, minimum two nights, discounts from ten nights. Full rates, extras and hours are on the two kennel pages.
Catherine moved from Boquete to Philadelphia. She had to get there ahead of her cats to make the apartment liveable, and the medical paperwork still had to be done. Ten days in the cat facility, videos and photos daily, and a driver arranged from New York for the last leg. Her review is public on Google.
Pia flew in from Italy and stayed with us to rest until her family arrived in Panama.
Molly and Casper spent several weeks with us before flying to East Sussex, while the blood tests and the rabies titer test were done, and they got used to their travel crates in the meantime.
Rocky and Titch were already with us while their family worked on their home abroad. In August 2022, with their transport already being prepared, the house was partly destroyed in the war in Ukraine, and the stay ran on until the renovation was finished. They were eventually moved home through a mixed air, road and rail journey, the last leg with a Ukrainian driver.
Same company. The kennels and the relocation are run by the same operator. Nothing is handed over and nothing is lost between two businesses.
One contact. You write to one place about both the flight and the boarding.
Documents can be prepared while the animal is with us. Seven cats from the United States stayed a week at the cat facility while new papers were prepared for their onward journey to Caracas.
Clearance and the drive to the kennel are one movement, not two bookings with two companies.
When your animal travels, when you travel, and how many animals. We will tell you what the stay costs.
