Door to Door Pet Relocation Service
Sit back and relax, and let us handle everything from initial consultation, to delivering your pet(s) to their new home, and everything in-between.
Door to Port Pet Relocation Service
Get everything handled up to your pet’s arrival in their destination city. From there, you handle customs clearance, quarantine (if required), and collection of your pet(s).
VIP Staff Accompanied Service
A qualified staff member will accompany your pet(s) on the flight, delivering your pet directly to you at the airport or to your new home. This service is subject to availability and should be booked well in advance.

We assist with the review of your pet’s travel documents prior to departure to ensure they in order and there are NO issues on arrival. We apply for home quarantine, arrange for the veterinarian to be available on arrival, cover cargo transfer fees, meet your pet(s) and complete their customs clearance process and vet checks, while covering of all the fees. Delivery to your home, anywhere in Panama, or hand over at Tocumen passenger terminal. If required we can arrange post travel boarding at our own VIP Vacation Kennels.

We provide veterinary health checks, bi-lingual health certificates, and export permits. Depending on country of destination requirements we may need to microchip your pet(s), provide vaccinations within a certain time frame, arrange specific blood tests, apply internal/external de-parasite treatments, complete country specific health certificates and/or annexes, arrange import permits, and quarantine.
